A shot I took while roaming around Muncie, Indiana, waiting for the sun to go down so I could take more moody photos of run-down buildings. I like the way the rust spots turned out in the final print, and the bizarre, blanket-like texture the oil drum has taken after years spent lying in the same position. I'm about 95% sure that same exact drum is lying in that same exact position right this very moment. In all honesty, Muncie was every bit as run-down a city as Noblesville, but lacked the little bits of character and atmosphere that seemed to be around every corner in my old hometown.
